How do I return an item?

VA Cosmetics Shipping & Returns

DOMESTIC: Standard Shipping (Please allow 5 to 7 business days for delivery)

VA Cosmetics ships to the Continental U.S., Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes, and addresses only.

We currently do not ship internationally.

Orders qualifying for FREE shipping are shipped via our Standard Shipping service only.

FREE shipping is awarded when the merchandise total (excluding taxes and shipping) is over the dollar amount stated in the promotion or advertisement.

Shipping Methods, Costs, and Delivery Times

DOMESTIC

We use USPS for our shipments.

Orders being sent to P.O. Boxes or Military APO / FPO addresses must be shipped via the United States Postal Service and cannot be shipped via 2nd Day or Overnight Priority service.

Please Note: All purchases are subject to bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized purchases may be processed and shipped. Sales Tax (tax applies to subtotal and shipping)

Companies selling over the Internet are still subject to the same sales tax collection requirements as many other retailers.

Temporarily Out of Stock / Back ordered Items

If an item selected is temporarily out of stock at the time of your order,  please contact us at customerservice@VAyourself.com.  We will do our best to satisfy your needs.

Return Policy

Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns on opened color cosmetics, or skincare products. Please return your product unopened within 7 days of purchase. If once the product is received and it seems to be contaminated/used in any way we reserve the right to deny the return. All refunds are credited to the original payment method. No cash refunds. Send your package via an insured and prepaid method at your expense. We cannot be responsible for the loss of your return during shipment. Include your packing slip and/or invoice number and please let us know the reason for your return. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable on returns.

There is a 15% restocking fee for returned items that are not being exchanged and are not damaged. Again, you MUST contact us within 7 days if you intend to return ANY item back to our store. Items returned to us AFTER 7 days and WITHOUT contacting us will NOT be refunded.

Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if seller is not at fault.

Canceling/Modifying Orders

VA Cosmetics’ order process is automated to distribute products quickly and accurately. We apologize but once the order has been placed it cannot be canceled.
